Operational SMS Messaging Terms

Program Identity

The messaging program is operated by McKee Oversize Load Escorts, LLC.

Purpose

Customer messages may include service-request acknowledgements, dispatch coordination, scheduling, assignment updates, route or load questions, delays and changes, document requests, billing or purchase-order questions, and customer-care communications.

Pilot-car and vendor messages may include onboarding, credential verification, availability requests, dispatch opportunities, assignment details, schedule and route changes, document requests, payment or billing coordination, and operational support.

Human and Automated Messages

Messages may be sent by authorized dispatch personnel or through automated systems used by McKee.

No Marketing Consent

This consent applies to operational dispatch and customer-care communications. It is not consent to promotional or advertising messages.

Voluntary Consent

SMS consent is optional and is not required merely to submit a service request or pilot/vendor application. People who do not opt in will not be enrolled in the automated SMS program and may be contacted by another available method.

Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies according to active requests, jobs, assignments, and operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges are the recipient's responsibility.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests should be honored promptly. After opting out, a person may receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of automated SMS does not automatically cancel a request, assignment, invoice, or contractual obligation. A person may contact McKee directly to request that messaging resume.

Delivery

Wireless carriers do not guarantee delivery. McKee is not responsible for carrier delays, blocked messages, unavailable service, or incorrect phone numbers supplied by the user.
